With a recent week’s vacation, I did something totally out of character: I stayed in Austin. Instead of hopping a plane, I took a little break with a Tuscan cooking class, where I went on a tour of the senses. My travel guides were Chef Beth Pav and her sous chef, Raini Gomez, at Cooking By Design Culinary Studio, a local cooking school and catering business.
